Launch My Health Terms and Conditions of Use

This Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Launch My Health LLC ("Launch") website, platforms, and services. Launch provides services primarily through business-to-business arrangements, delivering health and wellbeing education, classes, and personalized services via Thinkific, Practice Better, and EatLove.
1. Scope of Agreement
This Agreement applies to all digital products, services, and websites offered by Launch and includes:
The Launch My Health website and its mobile versions;
Embedded Launch software or widgets;
Applications (“Apps”) created by Launch, whether on Launch platforms or third-party sites;
Content and services delivered through third-party platforms including:
Thinkific for online courses;
Practice Better for coaching, tracking, and appointment management;
EatLove for personalized nutrition planning.
Please note that these third-party platforms are governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies, which users are encouraged to review independently.
2. No Medical Advice
The information provided is not intended as medical advice or a substitute for medical treatment. Always consult your physician before beginning any diet, exercise, or wellness program offered by Launch or via its partner platforms.
3. Eligibility and Access
This Website and Service are not directed to persons under eighteen (18) years of age. Your use of Launch platforms through business-based access or as an individual user via your employer or organization requires you to maintain the confidentiality of your account and any associated credentials.
4. Use of Third-Party Platforms
Launch delivers its Services through the following platforms:
Thinkific: for educational and training modules.
Practice Better: for coaching, communication, and telehealth appointments.
EatLove: for meal planning and dietary support.
Your use of each platform is subject to the platform's separate privacy policies and terms. Launch is not liable for the practices or availability of these platforms.
5. Sale of Services
Launch My Health sells services exclusively through business partners (employers, organizations, or healthcare groups). Individual access may be granted as part of a corporate wellness or healthcare initiative. Memberships are non-transferable.
6. Payment, Subscription, and Cancellation
Launch services may involve a recurring subscription model or one-time access, depending on the terms agreed upon by your organization. Subscriptions are billed via your organization or, in some cases, directly to you through authorized channels. Please consult your company’s plan administrator for your specific terms.
Launch reserves the right to suspend access or terminate accounts for non-payment, violation of this Agreement, or misuse of promotional codes.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
Launch complies with applicable federal and state privacy laws. Health data collected via Practice Better or other platforms is protected per HIPAA and relevant guidelines. For more, see our Privacy Policy at www.launchmyhealth.com.
8. Limitations of Service
Launch does not provide emergency or acute care services and is not a substitute for primary care or emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
9. Binding Arbitration
This Agreement includes a binding arbitration clause. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a trial in court.
10. Minors
Programs and services are intended for users over the age of 18. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must assume responsibility, and minors must have an established primary care provider.
11. Updates and Modifications
Launch may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
